This time of year it seems difficult to keep everyone happy. I know around our house, we start getting on each other's nerves after only a few days of inclement weather. To help pass the time and stay entertained, I have compiled a list of fun things to do with children of all ages.
(1) Clean out the sock drawers and make sock puppets with the spares.
(2) Build a scrapbook together.
(3) Make a Valentine Bingo game - see above for instructions.
(4) Play board games!
Some of my personal favorites are Twister, Battle Ship, Chess and UNO.
(5) Read a good book together.
Your public library should have some great choices for all ages.
(6) Host a movie marathon.
(7) Learn something new - take Spanish lessons!
(8) Teach the kids a new skill.
