Life is so short, I simply refuse to spend it arguing about school work or listening to my child try to negotiate or strike a deal on how many pages he has to do. This month, we decided to use more games and graphic books and novels in our teaching approach. Some of these have included Scrabble apple, Comic Book Math, and Hardy Boys Graphic Novels. Adding these has decreased our challenges for the time being and increased our level of learning enjoyment. After all, isn't learning supposed to be fun?
